Short Description:
Project Manager responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within
budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities
and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding
status of project. Project Manager will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within
the applicable scope and budget. Project Manager will coordinate with other departments to
ensure all aspects of each project are compatible.
Requirements:
At least 3 years of project or program management experience in Waterfall or Agile
methodologies
Project or program management experience in technology organization including product
development, performance management, software project
Ability to analyze requirements to ensure scope is being met on projects
Strong experience in performance tracking and management including operating rhythm of
performance reviews
Strong knowledge and experience in blending tradition
al project management principles and practices with V-Model development approach in the right proportions to fit large, complex, mission critical, enterprise level projects
Project management certification in PMP, PgMP will be advantageous
Customer centric and able to partner with project teams to build value added solutions
Visualizes the big picture associated with any project and provides back up when the
going gets tough
Hands-on ability to deliver on short deadlines and evolving business requirements to deliver best possible outcomes.
Believes in non hierarchical culture of collaboration, transparency and trust across the team
Resilient with a strong ability to prioritize and multi task in a demanding environment to deliver best possible outcomes
Good communication skills both verbal and written.
Good presentation skills.
Good at English communication. Japanese communication is advantage
