Short Description:

Projects Data’s Coordinator:
 Recording project and contract data in the ERP (1C, Project Management Module Software SAP
Maringo) and JIRA
 Tracking and evaluating resource/budget planning and absorption
 Ensuring other project data availability in ERP, accuracy and validity (plans, dates, statuses)
 Monitoring headcount data and posting timesheets
 Establishing and supporting the reporting process of Projects’ status, resources and budgets for the
Stakeholders
 Assisting in data synchronization with other regional ERPs
 Assisting Finance updating and managing payment milestone, issuing invoice and monitoring payment
from Clients
Functional Analyst: Coordinator of ERP enhancement and support (including coordination with the
external vendor and internal admins)
Help Desk Administrator :
 Main contact for questions and bugs resolution for ERP Training and creation and support of
guidelines
Business Analyst :
 Documentation, participation in analysis and optimization of Delivery Processes together with
Process owners, Global PMOs/ Business Operation and with the assistance of Project Managers and
Resource Owners
 Participation in organizational meetings (internal only), preparation of meeting minutes
 Enhancement and support of the library of standard project management templates
Coordination levels
Work includes communication and collaboration with stakeholders, other PMOs/Business Operation
(from other offices), and Global PMO division located in Saint Petersburg (Russia). Reporting.
Objective:
 Ensure accurate and up-to-date project data tracking and reporting in the ERP
 Improve delivery processes (together with stakeholders) by:
 participation in processes changes suggestions, implementation and management;
 delivery processes documentation (creation and support of regulations and
organizational guidelines);
 Development and support of library of project templates.
It can be assumed that a person for Project Management Officer position can learn required
tools and technologies during training period if he/she is having good background and skills.

Requirements:

 Minimum Bachelor in IT , Management, Communication or Economics or similar
 Minimum 6 months experience
 Excellent English, both written and spoken
 Excellent communication skills
 Ability to work on their own and in a group
 Excellent time management and organization skills
 Must be a driven individual able to work in a fast paced and changing environment
 Working in multi-task environment
 Result-oriented
 Scrupulous and ready to help

Competencies & Skills:

 Good communication to any level of employee
 Basic understanding of technical/IT concepts and technologies
 Basic knowledge of Bank Card technologies or readiness to learn it is an advantage
 Basic knowledge of Project Management principles and software
 Knowledge of a Project Management Software
 Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, Visio
