• Take ultimate responsibility for project success
• Coordinate internal resources in both onsite, offshore, near-shore and third parties/ vendors for the smooth execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Monitor and track project progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Establish and maintain relationships with all parties

About PRE-SALES

• Scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customers met and unmet needs and recommend solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the firm
• Secure input from all necessary solution stakeholders within the customer firm. Adapt solutions as necessary to ensure appropriate support
• Coordinate closely with sales and delivery team to align solution design with customers’ requirements
• Present solutions, company service offering to the customers
• Pursue additional business development opportunities within customer firms
• Collaborates with sales to ensure these opportunities are effectively covered
• Perform other related duties as assigned
