Translate business needs (user stories) into technical requirements (functional applications)
Interact remotely or face to face with members who stay in Europe
Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java code which will be deployed in Cloud based applications
Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of the applications
Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems
Maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
Write and maintain high quality automation tests
Perform code review
Practice Agile Scrum and DevOps with supported CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps…
Adhere to the acceptance criteria and the Definition of Done

2+ years of experience working in Java/J2EE and related technologies such as EJB, JPA, JAXB, CDI, JTA, JSF, JAX-RS, JMS and JAXB
Proficient in Java/J2EE , Spring boot and Spring Cloud framework, with a good knowledge of its ecosystems
Proficiency with SQL or MongoDB
Experience working with common JavaScript frameworks and libraries (AngularJS, Vue, jQuery)
Ability to clearly communicate with both technical and non-technical team members in English
English proficiency equivalent to B1 certificate or TOEIC 700+
Pro-active and self-organizing

Salary package: 13 months of income per year
OT compensation: up to 400%

Experience with API design and specification e.g. Swagger
Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Pivotal Cloud Foundry 2.6+
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and principles of development (e.g. SOLID, DRY, KISS…)
Familiarity with concepts of MVC, SOAP and/or RESTful
Knowledge of concurrency patterns in Java
Familiar with various design and architectural patterns (e.g. creational, structural, behavioral, container vs presentational components…)
Skill for writing reusable Java libraries
Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests such as Mockito, Junit
Have knowledge in Microservice architecture
Familiar with Docker and orchestration e.g. Kubernetes
