Skill Requirements – AI Leader

Education & Experiences:

• Bachelor or higher in Information Technology, related Engineering, or Mathematics
• At least 3–5 years of experience working on real AI projects in an industry environment
• Leader role: Able to lead a team of 2–3 members and communicate directly with customers
• Fluent English communication skills

Knowledge / Skills:

• Strong analytical skills and mindset
• Proficient in software engineering skills and fluent in Python
• Demonstrated practical experience in developing Generative AI/LLM applications through real and impactful projects
• Good foundation and practical experience in deep learning, machine learning, or data science
• Experience with LLMOps/MLOps and cloud-based development is preferred
• Ability to quickly read and apply research papers to related problems
• Proficient in writing technical reports and presenting technical problems (in English)
• Proficient in English (all 4 skills); Japanese is a plus
• Good at work management; able to work independently and collaborate with other teams
• Other desirable characteristics: proactive, responsible, can-do attitude, and result-oriented
