Job Description
-
Working with the hiring manager to clarify requirements, manage jobs, and submit candidates.
-
Researching and regularly keeping up with market rates by role and region.

Directly recruiting and sourcing suitable candidates.
-
During the process of working with HM, learning recruitment techniques and building a candidate network.
-
Updating and communicating with the team, testing and monitoring recruitment campaigns and strategies.

Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
-
Good at Japanese for 4 comprehension skills (Japanese skill at least N2 or equivalent).

Experience in headhunting, especially for mid-level and above positions.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
-
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
