We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Interior Designer to join our team and lead the design efforts for our office and showroom spaces. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing environments, and the ability to manage projects from concept to completion.
Responsibilities:

Lead the design process for office and showroom projects, including space planning, conceptual design, material selection, and furniture specification.

Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met.

Make a story for the concept, ideal, and follow with 3D

Create design presentations and mood boards to effectively communicate concepts.

Develop detailed construction drawings and specifications.

Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines.

Oversee the installation and implementation of design solutions.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in interior design.

Mentor and guide junior designers and interns.
Yêu cầu công việc
-
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related field
-
At least 3 - 5 years of experience in interior design, with a focus on commercial spaces.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Creative problem-solving skills and a strong attention to detail.

Certification by a recognized interior design organization is a plus.

Senior Designer : phụ trách cùng team dự án lên ý tưởng thiết kế theo nhu cầu và đặc trưng khách hàng. Thể hiện ý tưởng và câu chuyện thiết kế. Thực hiện dàn bài Design proposal, presentation , trien khai ý tưởng thiết kế và follow up 3D thể hiện concept đúng yêu cầu.
Tính chất công việc làm theo dự án nên cần đảm bảo thời gian và deadline đã cam kết với team/ khách hàng.

Đã từng thực hiện layout diện tích từ 500m2
Ý tường concept, câu chuyện tốt. Có thể croscheck về 1 bài present nào đó bạn đã từng thực hiện
