Job Description
-
Design, implement, and maintain highly available and efficient CI/CD pipelines.
-
Manage and operate production cloud infrastructure.
-
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure consistency and reproducibility.
-
Support containerization and orchestration for applications.
-
Build and operate monitoring, logging, and tracing systems to enable early detection and efficient troubleshooting.
-
Work closely with development teams to provide DevOps best practices and continuously improve engineering workflows.
-
Participate in on-call rotations to handle production incidents.

At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer, SRE, or Platform Engineer.
-
Strong experience in building and managing release systems, code merging, promotion flows, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, CircleCI).

Hands-on experience operating production workloads on at least two of the three major cloud providers: AWS, GCP, Azure.

Proficiency in Shell and Python for scripting and building complex automation tools.
-
Production experience with at least one Infrastructure as Code tool: Terraform (preferred), CDK, Pulumi, or Ansible.

Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including creating and maintaining Helm charts in production environments.

Experience deploying and operating monitoring, logging, and tracing systems (Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, Tempo, ELK/EFK, Datadog, New Relic, etc.).

Proficient with Git and modern branching/merging strategies (GitFlow, Trunk-based Development).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills in complex, multi-project environments.
-
Proactive mindset, high sense of ownership, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
