Job Description
- Manage a globally famous Japanese noodle restaurant
- Responsible for the service team and running the service operation standard
- Train and motivate the Service team, create and implement the manual, and communicate closely with the restaurant manager
- Maximize the operating profit of the restaurant by optimizing the sales and customer service satisfaction
- Maximize the operating profit of the restaurant, especially drink cost, stock management, avoiding wastage, damaged goods, and cancel drink
- Build up a good relationship with customers and related departments
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 5 years of experience as a service team or kitchen team, and 2 years of management experience at a restaurant
- Able to work under high pressure.
- Have skills and experience in training and coaching staff
- Have basic customer service skills as restaurant
- Have leadership skills and team management skills
- Understanding ABC analysis, COGS management
- Able to communicate in English and better to speak Japanese
- To understand Japanese culture

- PV mấy vòng (Offline ): Phỏng vấn 1 vòng
- Interviewer là ai: Senior RM - Người Nhật và Restaurant Manager
- Chuổi nhà hàng Nhật - Mỳ Ramen, có 4 chi nhánH ở VN
- Team size: Acting RM phía dưới sẽ có các bạn Assistant service, Leader, staff (Tổng: 12 - 15 staff/ chi nhánh)
- Report cho Senior RM
- Số năm kinh nghiệm: At least 5 years of experience trong mảng nhà hàng.
- Chỉ nhận hồ sơ UV từng làm nhà hàng Nhật, ưu tiên các nhà hàng theo dạng chuỗi, chú trọng về tốc độ ra món và chất lượng dịch vụ
- Ngoại ngữ: English bắt buộc vì sẽ phỏng vấn với anh người Nhật
- Yêu cầu khác (giới tính, độ tuổi, khu vực….): Nam/Nữ độ tuổi 8x 9x
