JOB SCOPE:

Operation Britymail Middlerware Service:      
- Walkthrough Jira: (Overview system & Process) Jira:  
        Release, work steps 
        One Call work Process 
        Regular work Process, Documenting         
- Daily tasks: Checking, reporting, treatment unclosed system event 
        Create detailed analysis reports on causes and actions 
        Investigate the root cause and suggest the solution   
        Check tasks of members and support 
- Service Monitoring: 
        Collaboration with infra team to handling system incident 
        Service check and monitoring  
        Request and check resource installation 
        Request resource installation plan and review 
- Middleware Management: 
        Middleware installation and upgrade 
        Managing installation and upgrade guide 
        Middleware operation (Performance/Issue handling)    
- Application Installation Management 
        Application installation and patch 
        Managing installation and patch guide 
        Applicatioin Build/Deploy management 
        Application docker image Build/Deploy management 
- Deploy, distributing, managing, and monitoring on product Env 
- DevOps operations (CI/CD, Shell scripting, MQ (ActiveMQ) and issue analysis experiences 
- Service administration

KNOWLEDGE/ SKILLS:

- Using Cloud AWS & on Premise                
- Operation system: Rundeck, Jira, Confluence, Grafana, zabbix                
- Solution maintenence                
- Control and Management team/tasks                 
- Deploy/Release/Incident process proceed                
- Failure and emgergency management

MUST HAVE:

- The candidate should have 5-9 years of experience working in related fields, with the following skills:            
Operation and system monitoring            
Preferential specification - Focuses on understanding MSA architecture and experience with various OS.            
Common specification - Focus on understating HA(High Availability) and rolling binary release, issue analysis, etc             
Cloud expertise: AWS            
Kubernetes, Helm, and Docker containerization            
OS proficiency: Linux and Windows            
WEB/WAS: Apache, Spring Boot, ignite            
MQ: ActiveMQ            
- Toolset: Rundeck, Jira, Confluence, Grafana, Zabbix, ELK, and GitHub            
- A high sense of organization, responsibility, and a supportive and proactive attitude            
- Strong logical and troubleshooting skills in operation            
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
