Job Description

Sales & Growth (50%)

  • Achieve sales targets through the effective execution of sales and marketing strategies 

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers 

  • Identify market opportunities and act on them 

  • Manage customer relationships using our CRM system 

  • Support closing major deals and preparing proposals 

  • Collaborate with the Distillery and Marketing teams

Lead Generation (40%)

  • Identify new customers and business opportunities 

  • Develop strategies to grow sales in new and existing markets 

  • Promote craft spirits and cocktail culture

Customer Relationships (10%)

  • Maintain accurate client records and CRM data 

  • Sustain relationships with clients and industry contacts 

  • Continuously learn about our products and the craft spirits industry

 

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Fluent English and Vietnamese 

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the spirits/liquor industry 

  • Strong sales knowledge and ability to train others 

  • Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills 

  • Organised, detail-oriented, works well under pressure
