Job Description
Sales & Growth (50%)
Achieve sales targets through the effective execution of sales and marketing strategies
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers
Identify market opportunities and act on them
Manage customer relationships using our CRM system
Support closing major deals and preparing proposals
Collaborate with the Distillery and Marketing teams
Lead Generation (40%)
Identify new customers and business opportunities
Develop strategies to grow sales in new and existing markets
Promote craft spirits and cocktail culture
Customer Relationships (10%)
Maintain accurate client records and CRM data
Sustain relationships with clients and industry contacts
Continuously learn about our products and the craft spirits industry
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree
Fluent English and Vietnamese
5+ years of sales experience in the spirits/liquor industry
Strong sales knowledge and ability to train others
Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
Organised, detail-oriented, works well under pressure
