Job Description
- Strategic Recruitment Leadership
· Develop and execute the overall recruitment strategy aligned with business goals and engineering workforce needs.
· Partner with business leaders to anticipate talent needs, plan workforce requirements, and ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates.
· Design and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top engineering talent in competitive markets.
· Monitor recruitment KPIs and continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency and candidate quality.
- Team Leadership & Development
· Lead, motivate, and develop the recruitment team to achieve high performance and professional growth.
· Set clear objectives, monitor results, and provide coaching and support to recruiters.
· Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the recruitment team.
- Operational Recruitment Management
· Oversee full-cycle recruitment for engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
· Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates and niche engineering profiles.
· Ensure a positive candidate experience and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment partners.
· Manage recruitment budgets, tools, and technology to optimize efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management & Reporting
· Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on hiring decisions, market trends, and talent availability.
· Provide regular reporting and insights on recruitment performance, challenges, and market intelligence.
· Collaborate with HR and business teams on workforce planning, talent pipelines, and retention strategies.

Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading recruitment teams in fast-paced, technical environments.
- Deep understanding of engineering talent markets and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; ability to influence senior leaders.
- Hands-on recruitment experience, including sourcing, interviewing, and closing high-level technical roles.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset; experienced in tracking KPIs and improving processes.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with daily operational execution.
- Familiarity with the Vietnamese labor market and regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of progressive recruitment experience, including managing teams and full-cycle technical recruitment.
- Experience in strategic planning for high-volume hiring in tech or service sectors.
- Proven experience recruiting engineers or technical professionals in service or consulting environments is highly desirable.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
