Requirement:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong SQL skills (query optimization, joins, window functions).
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
- Experience working with large datasets and structured/unstructured data.
- Familiarity with ETL processes.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, ability to work with non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience in Government / Legal / Court systems (case management, legal workflows).
- Knowledge of data governance, compliance, and data security standards.
- Experience with Python/R for data analysis.
- Understanding of document processing/OCR systems is a plus.
