Job Description

  1. Japan Market Development

  • Participate in the creation and execution of business strategies targeting Japanese clients.

  • Work directly with Japanese partners to understand their needs and propose suitable technology solutions.

  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with Japanese clients and partners.

 

  1. Technology Team Management

  • Lead and develop the technical team.

  • Ensure product/service quality and adherence to international standards, particularly for Japanese clients.

  • Responsible for overseeing outsourcing partners and service vendors

  • Establishment of technical standards/documentation and policy development

  • Defining core technology direction and prioritizing the adoption of new technologies.

Yêu cầu công việc

  1. Japanese Communication Skills

  • Minimum JLPT N2 or higher.

  • Able to communicate effectively in technical meetings, requirements gathering, and real-time discussions with Japanese clients.

  • Experience working in the Japanese market and a solid understanding of Japanese business culture.

  • Conversational English Skills.

  1. Web-Based Project Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.

  • At least 8–10 years of experience in the technology sector, with a minimum of 3–5 years in senior management roles.

  • In-depth knowledge of technology, including software development, infrastructure, and security.

  • Hands-on experience as a PM or technical leader in web/digital domains.

  • Understanding of the full web service development flow, including front-end/back-end architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD.

  • Preference given to candidates with experience in Japanese web/app projects.

  1. Technical Decision-Making Skills

  • Experience in selecting tech stacks, designing architecture, and establishing technical roadmaps.

  • Strategic planning and practical implementation abilities.

  • The depth of actual experience is more important than having the title of Tech Lead or CTO.

  1. Capability to Act as a BrSE (Bridge System Engineer)

  • Able to serve as a bridge between Japanese clients and Korean/Vietnamese development teams.

  • Capable of analyzing requirements and conveying them clearly.

  1. Multi-Domain Adaptability

  • Prefer experience across various web/digital-based industries rather than in a specific industry (e.g., automotive).

  1. Team Leadership and Communication

  • Experience in leading development teams, providing technical coaching and mentoring.

  • Strong collaboration skills with external partners and internal planners.

  • Strategic mindset with sharp business acumen.

  • Flexible, proactive, and able to perform effectively under high-pressure environments.
