Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team, with a focus on Office Design & Build (D&B) projects. The ideal candidate is passionate about designing innovative, functional, and visually striking office and commercial spaces. In this role, you will lead the design process from concept through completion, working closely with clients, engineers, and project teams to ensure the successful execution of high-quality fit-outs..

Key Responsibilities:

Market & Industry Insights:

  • Conduct market research and identify and approach potential customers.

  • Business Development & Opportunity Identification:

  • Identify new business opportunities by understanding client goals and challenges. Collaborate with internal teams to offer tailored solutions, expanding client accounts by offering new services or upgrades.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships with key clients and approach potential projects in the fields of office, school, and hospital design and construction.

  • Project Oversight and Delivery:

  • Manage project information, participate in bidding processes, and provide post-sales support.

Specific Tasks

  • Research and analyze the market to identify new business opportunities in office, school, and hospital interior design and construction.

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through direct meetings, phone calls, emails, and networking events.

  • Approach and gather information about projects from target customers and partners.

  • Manage project information, including customer requirements, bidding information, and post-sales issues.

  • Participate in the bidding process by preparing and submitting bid documents, attending meetings, and discussing with internal teams and clients.

  • Support post-sales activities, including project management, resolving issues that arise, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

  • Develop team members to reach the Company goals and KPI.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or higher in related fields: Commerce, Foreign Trade, Foreign Languages, Business Administration, etc.

  • Experience/Knowledge Requirements: 2+ years of experience in client management, account management, or business development, preferably in the design-build or construction industry.

  • Language: Proficient in English communication.

  • Skills: Good communication skills, Logical thinking, persuasive and negotiation abilities. Ability to work independently and in teams. Effective time management and organizational skills. Understanding of bidding processes and project management is an advantage.

  • Abilities Requirements: Willingness to support others to achieve common goals. Confident, friendly, open, and sociable. A proactive, problem-solving attitude with a client-first mindset. Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Strong relationship with real estate partner, leasing agency, and building property.

- Ứng viên từng làm việc ở vị trí tương đương taị các công ty Design & build mảng nội thất văn phòng và các bạn Leasing từ Savils, JLL, CBRE, ....

- Độ tuổi của ứng viên từ 30 - dưới 40 tuổi

- Có Kiến thức về bản thiết kế, đấu thầu 

- Có các mối quan hệ/khách hàng có nhu cầu thiết kế và xây dựng văn phòng/ office/ showroom
