Onsite tại vp Khách hàng 2 tuần sau đó remote full time Thời gian: 44h/ tuần HĐ CTV, thời gian dự kiến 5 tháng
HRI is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to contribute to the architecture and development of complex AI conversational agents and AI multimodal systems for the next-generation robotic assistants. This role is critical in evolving the robot into a context-aware family assistant by implementing advanced memory, persona, and reasoning capabilities, ensuring high-quality bilingual human–robot interaction in real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design of Vietnamese and English STT/TTS models and agentic AI systems (including message ingestion, persistent memory, and context engineering).
- Implement multimodal RAG systems with advanced LLM reasoning.
- Implement persona and role-play configurations to define the robot’s identity and family hierarchy interactions.
- Develop speaker diarization features to identify and distinguish individual family members during conversations.
- Optimize LLM inference to meet the rigorous 0.5s response latency target
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or related engineering fields.
- At least 4 years of experience in production-grade AI/ML development, focusing on AI agents or communication intelligence systems that involve multi-agent setups.
- Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Advanced RAG, and Multimodal understanding (STT, OCR, Audio & Document Extraction).
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and libraries such as Hugging Face and OpenCV.
- Experience deploying AI models on cloud and containerized platforms (Azure, Docker).
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)
- Strong technical abilities in delivering agentic AI chatbots or memory-augmented AI agents.
- Possesses relevant AI/ML professional certifications or coursework
