Job Description
- Development & Architecture: Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using best software development practices. You will create website layouts/user interfaces with standard, semantic HTML/CSS and modern frameworks.
- Performance & Quality: Constantly optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and availability. A strong focus on creating amazing, high-performance user experiences is essential.
- Code Excellence & Documentation: Produce clear, concise, and well-documented code to ensure maintainability and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Problem Solving & Process: Take ownership by "digging in" to investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex bugs, offering robust and effective solutions. You will follow a rigorous software development process to deliver high-quality, reliable software solutions.
- Project Management & Collaboration: Effectively manage your timelines, communicate progress clearly, and set realistic expectations with stakeholders and team members.

General Requirements
- Education: University degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Working Experience: Minimum 5+ years of front-end development experience, with at least 2+ years in a Lead / Manager role or performing senior-level responsibilities.
Leadership & Management
- Proven experience leading a Frontend team as a Lead or Manager.
- Ability to plan and assign work, track delivery and quality.
- Strong experience in code reviews and mentoring engineers.
- Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Clear ownership mindset over delivery, quality, and technical decisions.
Front-End Core Expertise
- Strong foundation in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Solid experience with at least one major front-end framework:
- React / Next.js or Angular.
- Good understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and front-end performance fundamentals.
HTML, CSS & UI Standards
- Strong understanding of semantic HTML and modern CSS.
- Experience with CSS architecture (e.g. BEM, SASS, modular CSS).
- Ability to define and enforce responsive design standards.
- Strong awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues.
Performance Optimization
- Solid understanding of front-end performance principles.
- Experience analyzing performance using browser DevTools and Lighthouse.
- Ability to guide the team on code splitting, bundle optimization, and rendering performance.
Front-End Architecture & Code Quality
- Experience designing scalable front-end architectures.
- Ability to define and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Strong focus on maintainability and long-term scalability.
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Strong understanding of front-end testing strategies:
- Unit testing
- End-to-End (E2E) testing
- Experience with tools such as Jest, Testing Library, Cypress, or similar.
- Ability to define testing standards, review test coverage, and integrate testing into CI/CD.
CI/CD
- Strong understanding of front-end CI/CD workflows:
- Build -> Test -> Deploy
- Hands-on experience working with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
Build Tools
- Solid understanding of modern front-end build tools.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Webpack or Vite

Working Time & Mode

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
