Tester Salesforce

Key Responsibilities
Own QA activities for assigned modules/workstreams, including planning, estimation, test strategy, and reporting.
Analyze complex user stories and requirements; design comprehensive test scenarios (positive, negative, edge, integration, and end‑to‑end).
Proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies; raise clarification questions and drive resolution with Product Owners and business stakeholders (often in English).
Lead and actively participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies (backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, retrospectives).
Design, prepare, and execute Functional, SIT, Regression, and UAT test cases for Salesforce and integrated systems.
Execute tests, log and triage defects, follow through to closure, and provide clear status/quality reports to stakeholders.
Perform and guide others in various testing types: Smoke, Functional, SIT, Regression, Sanity, Integration, and End‑to‑End testing.
Conduct manual testing with the ability to contribute to or guide automation (UI/API) for regression and smoke suites.
Use tools such as JIRA (or equivalent) for test and defect management; contribute to test coverage and quality metrics.
Validate end‑to‑end flows across Salesforce, web, mobile, and integrated backend systems (e.g., core banking, middleware, APIs).
Collaborate closely with developers, architects, BAs, and QA leads to improve testability and overall product quality.
Mentor and support junior QA team members in Vietnam; review their test artifacts and promote QA best practices.
Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and templates.

Experience Requirements
Must‑Have Experience (Core Requirements):
Minimum 5 years of professional QA / software testing experience.
At least 3 years of hands‑on Salesforce testing (Sales, Service, Experience, or Financial Services Cloud).
Strong experience testing complex business workflows and system integrations.
Proven track record working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Practical experience with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr/Xray, TestRail).

Strongly Preferred Experience:
Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.
Domain experience in Banking or Financial Services (e.g., retail banking, lending, wealth management).
Experience working in distributed/global teams, collaborating with overseas stakeholders.

Nice‑to‑Have Experience:
Involvement in performance, security, or mobile testing.
Experience setting up or improving QA processes, standards, or frameworks in a Vietnam or APAC delivery context.
Experience mentoring or leading a small QA sub‑team.
Mandatory Skills
Strong Salesforce QA / Testing expertise.
Good understanding of Salesforce configuration, data model, and common integration patterns.
Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills, including defect root‑cause analysis.
English communication capability:
Able to participate confidently in English meetings (daily stand‑ups, refinement, demos).
Able to read/write user stories, test cases, and defect reports in English.
Able to communicate clearly with international stakeholders (onsite / offshore).
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Administrator Certification (at minimum).
Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud) are a plus.
Evidence of continuous learning:
Salesforce Trailhead badges/Superbadges.
Training or upskilling in Sales/Service/Experience/Financial Services Cloud.
Additional Expectations
Excellent communication and documentation skills, both in Vietnamese and English.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while being a strong team player.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, Agile, and often international environment (time‑zone collaboration, online meetings).
Keeps Salesforce certifications updated and stays informed about Salesforce releases and new features.
