Tech Lead (Java / Kotlin)

1. About the Role

We are looking for a Tech Lead for the product who will be responsible for system design, feature development, and application maintenance. This role requires close collaboration with the Product Owner and AI Engine team to integrate intelligent components into the product. The Tech Lead will also manage a small development team (3–5 members) to ensure delivery of progress, code quality, and technical excellence.

2. Key Responsibilities

System Design & Development

· Design, develop, test, and deploy high‑quality software solutions using Java/Kotlin and Spring frameworks.
· Ensure system scalability, maintainability, performance, and security following best engineering practices.
· Take ownership of core architecture decisions and technical solutions.

Cloud & DevOps Collaboration

· Support DevOps activities related to AWS infrastructure, deployment, and system monitoring.
· Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable releases.
· Contribute to AWS infrastructure management using AWS CDK (TypeScript).

Technical Leadership

· Review code, enforce coding standards, and provide technical guidance to team members.
· Propose optimal technical solutions and continuously improve system design and implementation.
· Mentor and grow team members’ technical capabilities.

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration
· Manage a development team of 3–5 members, including task assignment, progress tracking, and performance evaluation.
· Work closely with the Product Owner to clarify requirements and align technical delivery with product roadmap.
· Collaborate with the AI Engine team to integrate AI/ML components into the product.

· Minimum 8+ years of software development experience, including 3+ years in a Tech Lead or similar leadership role.
· Strong proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin, with solid experience in Spring Frameworks.
· Hands‑on experience working with AWS Cloud services.
· Practical experience in DevOps activities, including CI/CD pipeline design and cloud infrastructure management.
· Experience managing AWS infrastructure using AWS CDK (TypeScript).
· Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
