Job Description
The project involves a large-scale Hospital Information System (HIS) with complex relational databases, high data volume, microservices-based backend architecture, and integration with multiple internal and external healthcare systems (HIS/LIS/RIS/EMR, billing, insurance, external partners).
Key Responsibilities
• Lead architecture, design, and development of large-scale HIS modules.
• Design and govern microservices architecture using .NET Core.
• Lead system integration design using REST APIs, messaging, and asynchronous patterns.
• Drive database-centric design including schema design, transactions, and performance tuning.
• Lead sprint planning, effort estimation, and technical breakdown (story points, WBS).
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor team members.
• Collaborate closely with BA, QA, DevOps, and Solution Architects.
Yêu cầu công việc
• 7+ years of software development experience with at least 2 years in a technical lead role.
• Strong backend expertise with .NET Core / ASP.NET Core (Web API, Entity Framework Core).
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server: schema design, indexing, query optimization, transactions.
• Frontend experience with Angular (v12+), TypeScript, RxJS is a strong plus.
• Experience with distributed systems, integration patterns, and message queues is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Git, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
