Solution Architect (.NET)

PROJECT DESCRIPTIONS
The platform is a new development project for one of the largest insurance company in Healthcare industry. The platform provides solutions for different healthcare providers like clinics, hospitals, medical to enable them to serve patients, doctors, care givers etc. The platform supports the process for insurance process for the partner company.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS 
The people in SA position is responsible for:
• Lead architecture design for enterprise applications built using .NET technologies (.NET Core, ASP.NET, Web API, etc.).
• Define solution architecture based on business requirements, system constraints, and technology roadmaps.
• Collaborate with business analysts, and technical teams to design end-to-end solutions.
• Establish and enforce architecture principles, best practices, and development standards.
• Make key technology decisions around integration patterns, API design, microservices, and data modeling.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
• Review code, ensure quality assurance, and drive performance optimization.
• Design for scalability, security, availability, and maintainability.
• Guide DevOps strategies, CI/CD pipeline setup, and cloud deployments (Azure/AWS).
• Participate in technical pre-sales or customer-facing discussions as needed.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 3+ years in solution or system architecture.
• Expertise in:
o .NET Core / .NET 6+ / ASP.NET MVC / Web API
o Entity Framework Core or Dapper
o SQL Server / PostgreSQL / NoSQL (MongoDB, etc.)
o Front-end frameworks (Angular, React, or Blazor is a plus)
o RESTful services, Microservices, and API Gateway architectures
• Experience with cloud platforms (especially Microsoft Azure or AWS).
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, system integration, and enterprise architecture models.
• Proficient in DevOps practices and tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.).
• Experience with application security (OAuth2, JWT, IdentityServer, etc.).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
• Experience in domains like healthcare, insurance
• Familiarity with enterprise-grade architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or similar certifications.
• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms integration (e.g., Power Platform) is a plus.
• Familiarity with .NET based CMS (e.g., Sitecore, Sitefinity) is a plus.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
