Job Description

Lead development of responsive, user-friendly interfaces using modern frontend frameworks (React/Vue.js)

Collaborate with Product Designers to implement pixel-perfect UI components and maintain design consistency

Architect and integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and AI services
-
Optimize application performance, ensure cross-browser compatibility, and implement best practices
-
Mentor junior developers and interns while working with the QA team to deliver high-quality user experiences
-
Drive design system development and component library architecture decisions
-
Participate in technical planning and code review processes.

Proven experience in frontend development, with hands-on experience using the WebPerformer low-code platform.
-
Ability to implement UI not only using standard WebPerformer features but also by leveraging JavaScript.
-
Experience in calling APIs and building screens based on API responses.

Ability to analyze Java-based APIs.
-
Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or equivalent; Priority given to candidates with strong listening and speaking skills.
