Job Description

Strategy and Growth:

  • Develop and implement business strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives, including conducting market research and analysis to identify new opportunities, understand customer needs, internal strengths, and stay ahead of competitors.

  • Set revenue targets and budgets for sales teams.

  • Explore business development opportunities to diversify the customer base and expand into new markets.

Sales, Customer, and Partner Management:

  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, including but not limited to pricing strategies, customer service initiatives, and loyalty programs.

  • Manage key customer accounts, building strong relationships and ensuring their needs are met.

  • Work closely with other departments, such as supply chain and finance, to ensure smooth operations and efficient order fulfillment.

  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers and customers, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

  • Identify and manage potential risks related to commercial operations.

  • Stay updated on industry best practices and implement them within the company.

Financial Effectiveness:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance indicators to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Develop and manage commercial budgets, ensuring cost control and achievement of profit targets.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulations that may affect the company's commercial operations.

Team Management and Development:

  • Recruiting, training, and developing employees.

  • Building a professional, dynamic, and cohesive work environment.

  • Effectively resolving issues related to human resources.

  • Lead by example in personal and career development by continuously improving knowledge and skills related to products, expertise, hard skills, soft skills, and other aspects of life.

  • Share learned knowledge with the team.

Collective Responsibilities:

  • Contribute value to the organization by actively undertaking new and diverse work requirements, exploring opportunities to improve the quality of work and services, and assisting others in achieving related work results when necessary.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • At least 10 years of experience working in the wholesale business, especially in the seafood and premium food industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales and profit targets.

  • In-depth understanding of the wholesale industry, including business models, distribution channels, and market trends.

  • Strong knowledge of business management, including business planning, demand forecasting, performance management, and sales staff training.

  • Experience working in a dynamic and highly competitive environment.

Skills:

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: Skilled in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting market and sales data, identifying market trends and potential business opportunities.

  • Leadership and management skills: Leading and inspiring team members to achieve common goals, building and maintaining an effective team spirit.

  • Communication and negotiation skills: Communicating effectively with stakeholders, actively listening, and understanding customer needs and negotiating favorable prices and contract terms for the company.

  • Technology skills: Proficient in using sales and financial management software and tools.
