Develop and execute validation plans for automotive systems following Aspice strategy.
Design and implement test cases to validate software and hardware components against specifications & requirements.
Conduct functional, performance, and reliability testing to identify and resolve issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software developers, hardware engineers, and system architects, to ensure comprehensive validation coverage.
Analyze test results, document findings, and provide detailed reports to stakeholders (internal or external customers).
Utilize automated testing tools to enhance validation efficiency.
Stay updated with industry standards
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance validation processes and tools.
One interview round will be conducted in English.

Qualification:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven experience in software development, preferably in the automotive industry (Embedded Software: SDK, firmware, driver, library, sample applications…)
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++, Python, and Java.
Familiarity with automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay) and standards (AUTOSAR).
– Better to have MCAL (Wdg, Gpt, SPI, I2C, UART, Fls, Adc, Port, Dio …) experience (or BSW & CDD).
Knowledge of Automotive Static Analysis (Misra-C), timing and memory measurements.
Experience with software development & configuration tools and environments (e.g., Git, Jenkins, MATLAB/Simulink, Vector Davinci, EB Tresos).
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.

Nice to have:

Automotive SoC; SW Verification and Validation activity (with Automation).
Experience with analog devices, Radio Frequency (Radar ranging), wireless protocols (BLE, NFC, UWB, …)
Experience with embedded systems and real-time operating systems (RTOS).
Knowledge of AI, ML applications in automotive systems.
Understanding of ASPICE, Safety + Cyber security principles & practices in auto SW.
