Job Description
Job Purpose
- The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for analyzing business needs, translating them into digital solutions, and supporting the delivery of digital banking initiatives. The role ensures alignment between business objectives, technology implementation, customer experience, and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirements Management
- Work with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into BRD, FRD/FSD, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria.
- Develop process flows, customer journeys, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Ensure requirements are aligned with business goals, customer experience, and compliance standards.
Product & Delivery Collaboration
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Engineers, QA, and Delivery teams to define feature scope and prioritize backlog.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, grooming, daily stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
- Support feature development from concept to launch and post-release optimization.
Stakeholder Management & Alignment
- Act as a bridge between Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and Vendors.
- Facilitate workshops, requirement discussions, and solution alignment sessions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely delivery of agreed outcomes.
Data Analysis & Performance Measurement
- Define success metrics and KPIs for digital initiatives (e.g., adoption rate, conversion rate, engagement).
- Analyze customer behavior and product performance to recommend improvements.
- Support A/B testing, experimentation, and continuous optimization.
Testing, UAT & Go-Live Support
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and UAT scripts.
- Coordinate with business and QA teams to execute UAT and resolve defects.
- Support go-live activities and post-launch issue resolution.

Requirements:
Experience & Knowledge
- 3–7 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Product, or Banking Technology.
- Strong understanding of digital banking, fintech, or financial services.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, customer journeys, and digital platforms is a plus.
Technical & Functional Skills
- Ability to produce high-quality BRD, FSD/FRD, User Stories, Process Flows.
- Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, Miro, Lucidchart, Excel, Power BI.
- Experience with data analysis, SQL, or analytics platforms is an advantage.
- Familiarity with UAT planning and test execution.
